The session will focus on neurodiversity in the workplace and will include an overview of the benefits of neurodiversity to job seekers and employers, systems and supports to increase numbers of neurodiverse employees in the workplace, and the role of higher education in this initiative. Autistic or neurodiverse self-advocates and professionals in these areas will participate in a panel discussion related to the current state of employment for autistic and neurodiverse job seekers/employees and ways to improve outcomes.
