Norana Cantrell, educational technologist based in the Brooklyn and Staten Island regions, offers, here, a synchronous virtual training session on VoiceThread. What is VoiceThread?
VoiceThread is a website that lets you and guests create collaborative, multimedia slide shows that holds images, documents, and videos and allows people to navigate slides and leave comments in 5 ways - using voice (with a mic or telephone), text, audio file, or video (via a webcam).
Come to this webinar to find out about this living discussion space. We will go over the basics of how to use it, discuss ideas for implementing it in your classes, and how your students can use it as well. This training is for all adjuncts, part time, and fulltime faculty across Undergraduate studies, School for Graduate Studies and the Nursing Department. During the webinar, faculty can engage with Norana for questions and answers.
Empire State College Closed-captioning of all video and audio materials on LEARNscape are available upon request by submitting an incident through the ESC Service Desk.
